SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to virtually any mailing address in the United States. Estimated shipping dates are included on each product. You will also see shipping information and estimated delivery dates based on availability of your items when you place an order. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for B & B processing prior to shipping. Because we work with multiple suppliers, your items may be shipped in separate packaging and arrive to you on separate dates. Note the estimated delivery times on the order page before you complete your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love everything you choose from Beauty & the Brave. (Items are made to order so taking
body measurements before ordering apparel is strongly recommended). We know though that things
can occasionally go awry. You may request a full refund for most items within 30 days of delivery if the
reason for your return/refund meets one of the following criteria:
 - Wrong product was received
 -  Product received is defective


You can submit a return/refund request by logging into your customer account. Find the order you wish
to return and click on the Return Items link. (Please note it is not possible to submit a return/refund
request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.) Submit the return/refund
form and compose an email to info@beautyandthebrave.com with Return/Refund Request Photo in the subject line. This message should include your name, order number, and reason for your return/refund request. Attach or insert a digital photo of the item you wish to return. This is a required step that will help us expedite the return/refund process.
