SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on all products regardless of the number of items included in each order. We can ship to virtually any mailing address in the United States. Estimated shipping on each product is less than a week, although shipping times might vary occasionally based on product availability. Please allow 1-3 days for Beauty & The Brave to process your order prior to shipping. International orders are not available.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love everything you choose from Beauty & The Brave. However, we know that things
can occasionally go awry. You may request a full refund for most items within 14 days of delivery if the
reason for your return/refund request meets one of the following criteria:
- Wrong product received
- Product defective or damaged
- Item not as expected
Please note: It is not possible to submit a return/refund request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded. There is no limit to the number of items returned per individual order but returns can be requested only once per order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Sale items are not returnable.
Beauty & The Brave Customer Account Return:
You can submit a return/refund request by signing in to your Beauty & The Brave customer account and viewing Your Orders. Select the order # with the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Items? link on the right. Complete the New Return Form, making sure to provide the quantity to return, return reason, and return action. We welcome your comments. Submit the Return Request Form and allow 2-3 business days for processing. (See below for information on the return shipping label process.)
Guest Order Return:
If you purchased an item as a Guest and not through a Beauty & The Brave customer account, please send an email to info@beautyandthebrave.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Your email must contain the following information (found in your original B & B order confirmation email): B & B order #, date ordered, specific item(s) and description, quantity, reason for return. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We recommend for future orders that you create a free customer account by clicking on REGISTER in the upper right corner and submitting the New Account Form. (See below for information on the return shipping label process.)
Return Shipping Label:
Please allow 3 business days for return request processing. When a return has been approved, you will receive an email from info@beautyandthebrave.com. This email will include a postage-paid UPS return shipping label from our supplier. You will need to print the label and afix it to your packaged return. Although helpful, returns do not need to be in original packaging and can be sent in any mail-worthy box or mailer. Please use protective tissue, bubble wrap or packing paper to protect the item(s) during return shipping. You can return your package at any UPS facility within 14 days of receipt of the shipping label. Items returned after this time may not be accepted or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
REFUNDS POLICY
A refund for your return-approved item(s) will be processed 2-3 business days after Beauty & The Brave is notified by our supplier that the returned item(s) has been received. We will issue your refund via your original payment method (credit card, Paypal, etc.). Please be patient as receipt of funds will be dependent upon your respective payment method's processing timeframe, which can vary.
